Sundays from 11:00am- 12:30pm in the Sanctuary
Spring Valley UMC’s Sunday service is a blend of contemporary and traditional worship that, while we do follow a regular format each Sunday, has a less formal feel. Service includes a greeting and opening prayer, praise and worship music, a children’s message, an offering, the message, and also includes special music and hymns, a closing prayer, and a benediction.
Communion is served the first Sunday of each month and appropriate holy days. All are invited to celebrate communion, but you can choose whether or not you wish to participate.
Every Monday- Friday 7:00am - 7:30am
Thursdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 11:00am
The weekly prayer meetings are led by the Lay Servants that includes both communal and private prayer opportunities.
Each prayer meeting is either through ZOOM or Conference call. Call the church for the ZOOM and Conference call details.
All are welcome at God's table …

Baptism is one of the two Sacraments of God’s grace that we celebrate as United Methodists. Baptism is the open door through which we enter into the church with all of its benefits and responsibilities. Through baptism we discover:
Who we are – Our true identity in Jesus Christ
Whose we are – To whom we belong, we are children of God who are called into God’s family.
Why we are here – Our purpose for being; called to make a ‘healing’ difference in this world with Christ’s love. Through baptism we are welcomed, claimed, and commissioned by God.
We baptize babies, children, youth and adults periodically throughout the year. Anyone with additional questions or interest in scheduling a baptism should contact our pastor or make the request by contacting the church office at 845.356.0238

As United Methodists we believe in open communion. This means that all who believe in the saving grace of Jesus Christ are invited to partake in the sacrament. All are welcome at the Lord's Table at our church. Communion is a family meal, and all Christians are members of Christ's family.

Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month at our Sunday service.
